• OSDP is an access control communications standard developed by the Security Industry Association (SIA) to improve interoperability between access control and other security devices.
• OSDP is known as “high security” because it meets Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM) guidelines. It supports high-end, AES-128 encryption, which is required infederal government applications.
