A worthy breakthrough for migration into the protocol standard. The XR-100 has selectable Wiegand or OSDP, provides significant cost savings upon customer transition as there’s no need to re-credential, and is backward compatible with existing installations.

The XR-100 UHF switchplate-type reader is designed with the user in mind: responsive, secure, and fast. The essential access link for door entry into buildings, or gate entry into parking facilities.

  • OSDP is an access control communications standard developed by the Security Industry Association (SIA) to improve interoperability between access control and other security devices.
  • OSDP is known as “high security” because it meets Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM) guidelines. It supports high-end, AES-128 encryption, which is required in federal government applications.
